MJ-872 includes a newly designed type of thermal protection: the light will automatically drop the brightness to avoid overheating and will resume the brightness setting when the light cools down. This light comes with the latest battery pack, the MJ-828, which was made from a UL/CE/TUV/PSE certified supplier. It includes a small protection circuit board with over-charge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection functions.
